    Rates quoted below are per week.

     

    As you can see, we are happy to offer reduced rates outside of peak season for smaller parties requiring fewer bedrooms. Please note, even if you book just 1 or 3 bedrooms, you will still have the entire villa to yourself.

  • Terms of Booking

    Discounts available if you want to book for more than 2 weeks!

     

    For large parties wanting to use additional beds, i.e. more than the 4 double and 2 single beds, a charge of £25 per bed per week is required to cover laundry charges for sheets and towels.

     

    For car hire, please let us know what you are looking for. We aim to provide the lowest possible ALL INCLUSIVE price.

     

    25% non refundable deposit as confirmation of booking.

     

    Balance to pay no later than 8 weeks before departure.

     

    A deposit of £150 against breakages is required.

     

    Price includes maid service once each week, additional service available on request.

     

    The last day of the previous booking is available for the arrival of the next guest, but to allow the maid to prepare the villa for the next arrival, guests must leave by 10:00 and the villa is available for the next party after 16:00.
